Very much enjoyed our stay at Howard Johnson’s. Nice room, good breakfast, easy access to the city., and all the sights around it. Close to downtown, walkable but more than a mile away. Historic Barns Park is a great place to visit, and try “The Cottage” restaurant across the street. It’s like your grandma decided to open a home cooking place.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and so was the bathroom. Wifi was good and the breakfasts were better than expected. Good location a tiny bit away from the downtown area and the traffic and construction that goes along with that. Easy to get around town from this motel.

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised by this facility! The spa tub was huge and two full grown adults can fit in it, the water gets super hot, and the bed was so comfortable. It was pretty quiet, the room was clean and well lit, and the staff were very nice at check in. All in all I will stay there again!

The room was nice and spacious, even the bathroom and shower itself was a decent size. My friends and I also found the beds to be very comfortable. The pool area in the back was beautiful with flowers and plants surrounding it and there were plenty of tables and lounge chairs to just relax at.

The beds were comfortable. The person who checked us in was wonderful, and she was very quick to change our room to a ground floor 2 queen room. Same price as the single king on the second floor. Everything worked as it should.
